Here's the job details, SAP GRC Security Consultant (Upgrade & Implementation Specialist) /(EAM, ARA, ARM, BRM) 100% Remote in USA Rate Rate $75 to $80 hr C2C All Inc but flexible SAP GRC JD: Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP GRC Security Consultant with strong expertise in GRC configuration, development, and upgrade projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing, upgrading, and maintaining SAP GRC solutions, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and robust access control across SAP landscapes including S/4HANA. Mandatory Skills & Experience (Critical Requirements):
- GRC 12+ Configuration and Development
- Hands-on experience in Configuration and Deployment for ALL GRC Modules:
- EAM (Emergency Access Management / Firefighter)
- ARA (Access Risk Analysis)
- ARM (Access Request Management / Access Workflows)
- BRM (Business Role Management / Role Matrix)
- Strong Experience in GRC Upgrade Projects
- End-to-end upgrade experience (e.g., GRC 10.x to GRC 12.x)
- System readiness checks, add-on compatibility validation, and upgrade execution
- Post-upgrade validation, testing, and optimization
- Experience with SUM (Software Update Manager) and upgrade troubleshooting
- Experience with Pathlock Integration
- Integration of Pathlock solutions with SAP GRC for enhanced access governance and compliance
- Experience in S/4HANA Security Role Development
- Design and build of single and composite roles
- Fiori catalog/group management
- Business role alignment with GRC BRM
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP GRC implementation and upgrade initiatives
- Configure and maintain all GRC modules (EAM, ARA, ARM, BRM)
- Perform risk analysis, rule set updates, and mitigation control design
- Design and optimize access request workflows and approval processes
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams for role design and compliance
- Execute GRC upgrade activities including planning, execution, and stabilization
- Integrate third-party tools such as Pathlock with SAP GRC
- Support audits by providing compliance reports and resolving access risks
- Ensure alignment with internal security policies and regulatory requirements
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
- Experience with
IS-U / CRM / BW Security
- Experience with
SuccessFactors / EC Payroll Security
- Experience with
SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) / BDC Security
- Exposure to SAP Fiori security and cloud-based security models
- Knowledge of audit and compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of SAP Security & GRC experience
- At least 2 full lifecycle SAP GRC implementations or upgrade projects
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
