Software Account Executive | Health-Tech EHR
Are you an Account Executive who has closed $150k SaaS deals in the healthcare technology space? Have you thrived as a Software Sales Executive, closing complex deals with multi-provider practices, regional health networks, or hospitals? Are you an experienced AE who has built and managed a large pipeline with full-cycle deal ownership? If you are a software sales executive who has sold EHR, EMR, practice management, patient engagement, or other healthcare software into large healthcare accounts, you may be a fit for this high-growth AI-powered, PE-backed health-tech company. They need a few more upper mid-market sales executives to target named accounts and help achieve targets, against a commission plan that hugely incentivizes top performers and competitive wins . What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close (large practices, regional hospital and health networks, etc)
- Engage C-suite and senior decision-makers in a complex, multi-stakeholder software-as-a-service sale
- Leverage Sales Engineers for tailored demos and technical discovery
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Product to iterate outreach and positioning
- Some of these sales hires will require heavier travel - meeting in-person with accounts in your territory, others do not
- Helping to drive revenue in a high-potential, high-reward environment
Targeting Experience As/With:
- Very strong experience closing healthcare-oriented SaaS deals with average deal sizes of $100k+
- Be comfortable and experienced with multi-stakeholder sales cycles (9–24 months)
- Background in Medical SaaS - EMR, EHR, RCM, practice management software, etc
- High ownership sales roles (named accounts)
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, startup-like environments (team under 400 employees)
- Combination software + services sales experience is a plus
- Experience selling into outpatient therapy, specialty care, or ambulatory/post-acute providers is a big plus
- Strong consultative, solution-selling approach; experience with frameworks like MEDICC a plus
