Sales Development Representative – AI SaaS

Role Description We're hiring a Sales Development Representative (Remote – North America) to help us scale. This is a ground-floor SDR role at an AI SaaS company with real product, real customers, and real momentum. You won't be selling vaporware — you'll be bringing a platform that operations teams, retail leaders, and logistics managers actually need. In this role you will:
- Prospect and identify high-fit accounts across retail, logistics, fulfilment, technology, and hospitality verticals
- Run outbound sequences via LinkedIn, email, and phone
- Qualify inbound leads and route them to our closing team
- Book discovery and demo calls with decision-makers
- Maintain clean pipeline hygiene in our CRM
- Collaborate directly with founders on messaging and GTM strategy
This is not a siloed role. You'll have a direct line to leadership and real influence on how we grow.
What We're Looking For
- 0–2 years in sales, business development, customer success, or any high-volume customer-facing role
- Excellent written and verbal communicator — you know how to cut through inbox noise
- Self-starter mentality — you don't need hand-holding to hit the phones or send 50 emails
- Genuine curiosity about AI, SaaS, and how businesses operate
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus
- Experience in retail, logistics, or operations-adjacent industries is a bonus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred — we care more about drive than credentials
