What you'll be doing in this role

• Execute outbound experiments - research prospects, craft outreach, and iterate based on results.
• Qualify and nurture leads - turn leads into sales opportunities and coordinate hand-offs
• Run events across Europe - coordinate demand generation activities
• Help shape our GTM - contribute insights and feedback to refine our go-to-market strategy.
• Jumping into whatever else needs doing - across sales, ops, or partnerships

What we're looking for

• 1–3 years of experience in growth, demand generation, or sales development
• Strong communicator - skilled at outreach, relationship building
• Experimental mindset - you love testing new approaches, measuring results, and iterating to find what works.
• Curiosity & hustle - driven to learn fast, experiment boldly, and push pipeline generation boundaries.
• Proactive, optimistic, and like to move fast
