Objective: To enroll qualified warm prospects into our industry leading Real Estate Coaching Program via telephone and/or Zoom. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- The essential role of our coaching sales representative is conducting inbound pre-scheduled appointments.
- This is a virtual sales position.
- Our representatives have the freedom to work from a home office.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities within the CRM.
- Build and maintain excellent customer relationships
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4 years of telephone sales experience from an inside sales environment
- A proven track record.
- Modern basic computer skills.
- The ability to build rapport and be able to correspond with people from all backgrounds and to communicate effectively with all types of people.
- The ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral and diagram form.
- The ability to work from your home.
