Role + Purpose
- Drive online sales through strategic product presentation, storytelling and site optimization.
- Responsible for online storefront meeting/exceeding conversion rate targets by day, week, month, quarter.
- Manage in‑season adjustments to site based on selling, marketing, and customer feedback.
- Derive data‑driven insights to create meaningful site optimizations.
- Marry insights with a keen eye for product merchandising and selling, specifically within Men’s fashion.
- Partner closely with Merchant teams to understand and articulate product key investments online and maximize selling potential.
- Look to improve customer journey perspective through patterning and works with director on testing initiatives.
- Weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting in Google Analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to handle time‑sensitive projects and prioritize multiple objectives simultaneously, to work independently, and to drive projects to completion, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
- Preferred experience in Salesforce and Google Analytics.
