Independent Sales Associate
Job Description:
- Proactively identify potential customers and generate new leads through networking, social media, and outreach.
- Present and promote Hella Dandy Apparel products, sharing product benefits, style inspiration, and brand stories with clients.
- Facilitate orders and assist customers throughout the sales process, ensuring an exceptional buying experience.
- Collaborate with the internal team to share feedback, report on sales trends, and contribute creative ideas for campaigns.
- Track sales using personalized affiliate links and meet or exceed personal sales goals for commission incentives.
- Represent Hella Dandy at pop-ups, special events, and community gatherings as a passionate brand supporter.
Requirements:
- Proven passion for style, apparel, or retail sales; experience is helpful but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in-person and online.
- Strong self-motivation, organization, and the ability to work independently.
- Active presence on social media or within your local community is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and share fresh ideas to drive sales and brand awareness.
