Role Description This full-time Medical Cannabis Health Coach position is a hybrid role based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area, offering a balance between remote work and in-person responsibilities. The coach will engage directly with clients to provide health guidance, educate about the benefits and responsible use of medical cannabis in a wellness plan, and support lifestyle changes around nutrition, weight management, and general well-being. The role involves conducting assessments, developing personalized health plans, and delivering coaching to empower clients on their wellness journey. Collaboration with medical professionals and staying updated on medical cannabis and wellness trends will also be essential aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Nutrition and Weight Management
- Experience and knowledge in Wellness Coaching and overall Health & Wellness
- Proficiency in Coaching techniques to develop and support client goals
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with clients
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a hybrid work environment
- Knowledge of medical cannabis and its application in health and wellness is an advantage
- Certification in health coaching, nutrition, or related fields is preferred
