Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify target product opportunities for sales teams.
- Use military opportunity reports and industry data to uncover new business prospects.
- Assist with the development of pricing packages and proposals for new opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic operational policies for assigned projects.
- Provide guidance to teams on policies and procedures related to military component contracts.
- Monitor industry trends and communicate key insights to internal teams.
- Analyze geographic and technical trends to improve product sales strategies.
- Prepare detailed business intelligence reports for management and stakeholders.
- Design, manage, and maintain business intelligence tools and data systems.
- Analyze competitor strategies to strengthen market positioning.
- Generate and distribute qualified sales leads to support business development efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Minimum of five years of experience in aviation maintenance, repair, and overhaul, with a strong focus on aircraft component repair.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com preferred.
