Job Overview:

We're seeking a proactive and customer-focused Remote Live Chat Agent to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll play a vital role in providing real-time assistance to customers via live chat. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, resolve inquiries, and ensure an exceptional online service experience. Strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a customer-first mindset are essential in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat in a timely and professional manner. -

Handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service. -

Escalate Complex Issues:

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance when necessary. -

Maintain High Standards:

Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and contribute to the company's reputation for excellent service. -

Record Customer Interactions:

Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. -

Collaborate with Team Members:

Work closely with other team members to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.

Qualifications:

Customer Service Experience:

Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat or online support environment. -

Strong Typing and Multitasking Skills:

Strong typing and multitasking skills. -

Excellent Written Communication Skills:

Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail and grammar. -

Calm and Professional:

Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations. -

Live Chat Software Proficiency:

Proficiency with live chat software and familiarity with CRM tools. -

Remote Work Experience:

Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying productive and efficient.

Work Hours and Compensation:

Flexible, with availability required during peak customer service hours. We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $40.00 - $80.00/hour.
