Requirements

To succeed as a Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, with the ability to speak at an idiomatic level, including outstanding sentence structure, spelling, and grammar
  • Typing Speed and Accuracy: Ability to type at least 65 words per minute with above 97% accuracy
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service, sales, and/or lead generation
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Ability to think critically, resolve complex issues, and adapt to changing situations
  • Time Management and Organization: Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
