Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering phones, emails, and live chat from customers in a professional and timely manner
  • Responding to customer inquiries in a friendly, confident, and solution-focused manner
  • Identifying, escalating, and resolving priority issues in a prompt and effective manner
  • Following up on complicated customer interactions to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Recording details of customer interactions accurately and efficiently
  • Developing rapport with customers through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Offering solutions, not excuses, to resolve customer issues

Essential Qualifications

To be successful as a Remote Live Chat Agent, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of arenaflex products, services, and policies
  • Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software, and strong typing skills
  • Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations
  • Strong time management and decision-making skills
  • Adaptability and accountability
  • Fluency in multiple languages may be desired

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • More education or experience in customer service or a related field
  • Proficiency in multiple languages
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
