Job Summary

As a Customer Success Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for customers using our food ordering app. Your primary responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries, concerns, and provide information through inbound and outbound phone calls. You will work closely with our team to ensure that customers receive exceptional support, and that their experience with our app is seamless and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers in placing online orders, providing them with clear and concise information about our menu, pricing, and delivery options.

  • Provide support through phone calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.
  • Process payments securely, ensuring that customer transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Proactively support customers and maintain brand reputation, ensuring that every interaction with our app is positive and memorable.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues, working closely with our team to resolve any critical issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve customer support, sharing best practices and ideas for enhancing the customer experience.
  • Maintain and improve service quality, ensuring that our app meets the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in any field.

  • At least 6 months of experience in customer support, with a strong background in call center operations (although not mandatory, it is highly advantageous).
  • B2 level proficiency in English, with excellent speaking, writing, and reading skills.
  • Interpersonal skills, including customer service orientation, active listening, and the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
  • Typing speed of at least 40wpm with 90% accuracy.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with food ordering apps or similar platforms.

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
