Responsibilities

As a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in managing the prescription needs of injured workers, ensuring efficient and accurate service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing, inputting, and supporting claimant profiles in our pharmacy network
  • Assisting pharmacies in the adjudication of claimant medications
  • Coordinating and liaising with client adjusters, pharmacies, and claimants to ensure accurate assignment of medication benefits
  • Supporting client needs regarding requirements for claimant medications with reporting and data
  • Managing and updating client and claimant information in multiple systems
  • Answering questions from claimants, adjusters, and pharmacies regarding medications
  • Adjusting to changing processes and needs of various clients
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3 years of related customer service or telephonic experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficiency in the use of computers and multiple software systems
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills, including active listening and the ability to ask relevant questions
  • Excellent written grammatical skills and understanding of proper telephone etiquette

Nice-to-Haves

While not required, experience in workers' compensation law and editing skills are highly desirable.
