Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Business Analytics Manager to lead our AppleCare Support team in driving business growth, optimizing processes, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven strategies, analyzing complex data sets, and communicating insights to senior leaders. Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team of analysts in developing and implementing data-driven strategies to drive business growth and optimize processes

• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights to senior leaders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to drive business growth
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders through clear and concise storytelling
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analytics and data science

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or related field

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or related field (desired)
• 3+ years of experience in business analytics, data science, or related field
• Proven experience with SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems (e.g. Git)
• Strong collaboration and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of analysts

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with Apple's products and services

• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g. AWS, Google Cloud)
• Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques
• Certification in data science, business analytics, or related field (desired)
