LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS:
- Active Arkansas clinical license required (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, LPC, or LMFT).
This position also requires licensure in Colorado. HealthLinkNow will pay the cost of obtaining your Colorado license upon hire for this position. POSITION: We are actively seeking licensed mental health professionals, including Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCC), to join our dynamic team in a remote, teletherapy setting. This full-time position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality mental health care to diverse populations across various age groups, including children, adolescents, and adults. - Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing HIPAA-compliant documentation practices.
- Deliver individual, group, and family counseling sessions employing therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and behavioral therapy.
- Implement crisis intervention strategies and manage urgent cases with professionalism and sensitivity.
- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to foster client engagement and facilitate behavior change.
- Collect and analyze clinical data to monitor treatment progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and data security.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, including case management and community outreach efforts.
- Provide specialized support for clients with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, PTSD, or addiction issues.
- Engage in ongoing clinical research or professional development activities to enhance therapeutic skills and stay current with industry standards.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Licensed as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC with current state licensure in good standing.
- Prior experience providing psychotherapy in a telehealth environment is highly preferred.
