Ad Creative Specialist - Video & Static Ads for Health/Wellness Brand

Sunnyside Med is a telehealth brand helping people build a healthier relationship with alcohol. We're growing fast and need a creative partner who can keep up with our ad production pace across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and CTV. You'll own the production of video and static ad creatives, working from briefs, raw footage, testimonial clips, and brand assets. This is a high-volume, high-iteration role. We test constantly, so you should be comfortable producing multiple variations quickly, looking at what's working, and bringing fresh concepts to the table without waiting to be asked. If you see a trending format or a hook that would crush it for a wellness brand, we want you telling us about it. On the video side, you'll be editing short-form ads (15-60s) for paid social, pulling from raw footage, screen recordings, voiceover, and stock. On the static side, you'll design ad creatives for Meta and other platforms. We often go from idea to live ad within a day or two, so speed matters, but so does taste. We're not looking for someone who just takes orders. We want someone who thinks like a marketer and has opinions about what will perform. You should have a strong portfolio of direct-response video ads (not just brand or corporate work) and be fluent in tools like CapCut, Premiere, Figma, or Canva. Bonus points if you're already using AI tools to speed things up, whether that's background removal, image gen, script assists, or anything else that helps you move faster without sacrificing quality. Experience in health, wellness, or DTC is great but not required. What matters most is that you understand what makes someone stop scrolling: a strong hook, good pacing, smart text overlays, and a clear CTA. U.S. hours and fast turnaround on feedback are a must.
