Electrical Engineer (Radio Frequency) - Early Career
About the position Lockheed Martin Rotary & Mission Systems is seeking a full-time Early Career Electrical Engineer. In this role, you will analyze electromagnetic (EM) environment effects using computational EM modeling, identify design risk and mitigating actions, and present findings and recommendations. The successful candidate will have knowledge of the Radio Frequency (RF) spectrum, EM principles, antenna theory, and experience using MatLab. The candidate must be willing to travel occasionally to customer sites and perform work in hazardous industrial environments. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided. Ability to lift, carry and set up test equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. Must be a US Citizen. This position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Engineering Physics, or equivalent major.
- Experience using Matlab.
- Must be a US Citizen.
- This position will require a government security clearance.
- This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Nice-to-haves
- Coursework in Electromagnetic Theory, Antenna Theory, Radio Frequency Principles.
- Completed curriculum, internship, or project work including RF spectrum analysis.
- Experience with Electromagnetic (EM) computational modeling software.
- Position requires flexible working hours to support customer requirements, and ability to travel domestically and internationally.
- Most analysis will be performed in an environment that prohibits mobile or wireless devices to protect sensitive data.
