IT Help Desk Support

Job Description

The help desk analyst is responsible for providing support to assist in the delivery of Information Technology services. The work unit provides Tier I and II support for operating systems, software, hardware, smartphones, printers and other IT equipment that enables associates to conduct their day-to-day activities. 1

• 2 years of experience supporting a service desk or business department.

This individual will identify, research and resolve technical problems on a limited basis. This technician will be required to develop a strong understanding of the business and can relate problems to the business impact. Top Skills Preferred active directory, windows 10, hardware troubleshooting, mac, printer support, ticket resolution, office 365, password reset, troubleshooting, connectivity software, remote support, Help desk support, Help desk, Customer service, Ticketing system, Desktop Additional Skills & Qualifications Certificates are a plus

• A+ Network+ Security+
• PowerShell (Nice to have)
• WebEx experience (Nice to Have)

• Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Wayne, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.00
• $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
