They are seeking a high-caliber leader to design and execute strategies for VIP retention and account growth within the digital asset space.

Responsibilities

• VIP Retention Strategy: Design and execute a comprehensive loyalty and retention roadmap for high-net-worth (HNW) and institutional crypto clients
• Strategic Account Growth: Identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities within existing portfolios, driving long-term assets under management (AUM) growth
• Relationship Architecture: Establish white-glove service standards and bespoke communication channels to maintain deep, multi-generational client trust
• Market Intelligence: Monitor global Web3 trends and DeFi developments to provide VIP clients with high-level insights and personalized service updates
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with the Legal, Compliance, and Asset Management teams to ensure seamless execution of complex digital transactions
• Performance Analytics: Establish and track KPIs related to client churn, portfolio health, and the efficacy of relationship management initiatives

Skills

• Significant tenure in a senior Client Relations, Private Banking, or Wealth Management role specifically within the Web3, Crypto, or Fintech sectors
• Deep conceptual knowledge of blockchain ecosystems, decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols, and the evolving regulatory landscape for digital assets
• Proven track record of managing high-stakes relationships with ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) individuals and institutional stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to scale account management departments and drive measurable ROI through retention and referral programs
• Executive-level presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to translate complex cryptographic concepts into actionable financial strategies
• Exceptional discipline required to lead high-priority initiatives in a fully remote, fast-paced environment
