EHR Helpdesk Analyst 2nd Shift
Job Title: Helpdesk Analyst – nd Shift Job ID: - Location: Remote Duration: Months Contract Shift: PM – :PM EST Description: Seeking a Helpdesk Analyst to provide advanced technical support for Epic EHR and clinical applications across state-operated behavioral healthcare facilities. Role involves troubleshooting Epic and non-Epic issues, supporting end-users, and ensuring system reliability. Responsibilities:
- Support Epic applications, workflows, access, and integration issues
- Provide remote desktop support (computers, printers, mobile devices)
- Manage incidents via ServiceNow, ensure SLA compliance
- Assist with Epic account provisioning, role/security requests
- Collaborate with informatics, analysts, and technical teams
- Document procedures, provide user training, support go-live/upgrade events
Requirements:
- + yrs Epic technical support in healthcare/clinical environment
- Proficient with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools
- Strong knowledge of EHR platforms (Epic, Cerner, Allscripts)
- Epic certification and experience in Epic modules preferred.
Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is between $$ per hour.
