• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
• Educate potential clients on various insurance products and services tailored to their needs.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and loyalty.
• Customize insurance plans for individuals and businesses to ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Meet and exceed sales targets to maximize your earnings potential.
• Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulations to provide the best service to clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Valid insurance license (or willingness to obtain one).
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
