Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Contacting existing customers on behalf of arenaflex's entertainment services
• Upgrading or resubscribing their services utilizing state-of-the-art technology and client relationship management systems
• Delivering sales results that meet client performance objectives, including:

+ Number of contacts + Number of leads/conversions/sales + Accuracy and productivity

• Adhering to standard contact procedures and attempting to build relationships, build support for client products and services, and overcome prospect objections
• Adhering to operational processes, PCI compliance, client standards, and program standards

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• To be a North Carolina resident
• A private and secure workspace at home free from background noise or distractions
• Sales, Call Center, Upselling, Retail Sales, or Customer Service experience (highly preferred)
• Professional vocabulary
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Assertive and quick thinking
• Excellent schedule adherence and attendance
• Prior work-from-home call center experience (a plus!)
• Good computer skills

• Your own computer or laptop (Windows 10 Desktop or laptop, current on all security updates)
