Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Sales Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Contacting existing customers on behalf of arenaflex to upgrade or resubscribe their services
  • Utilizing state-of-the-art technology and client relationship management systems to deliver sales results that meet client performance objectives
  • Delivering productivity results that meet client performance objectives, including contacts per hour, sales per hour, and accuracy
  • Adhering to standard contact procedures and attempting to build relationships, build support for client products and services, and overcome prospect objections
  • Adhering to operational processes, PCI compliance, client standards, and program standards

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Must be a North Carolina resident
  • Private and secure workspace at home free from background noise or distractions
  • Sales, Call Center, Upselling, Retail Sales, or Customer Service experience is highly preferred
  • Professional vocabulary
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Assertive, quick thinking
  • Excellent schedule adherence and attendance
  • Prior work-from-home call center experience is a plus!
  • Good computer skills

Technical Requirements

To ensure a seamless and efficient work experience, you will need to provide the following technical requirements:

  • Your own computer or laptop
  • Internet connection with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed (DSL, Fiber Optic, or Cable)
  • Windows 10 desktop or laptop current on all security updates
  • High-quality noise-canceling wired USB headset
  • Dual screen setup with a separate 19" monitor with a minimum resolution of 1280x1024
  • Webcam
  • Free space of 5 GB
  • Processor speed of Dual Core @3 GHz or better OR Quad Core @2GHz or better
  • RAM of 8 GB
