Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our remote team, where you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data from various sources, including records administrators, Salesforce, and arenaflex datasets. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue expansion by providing actionable insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
* Collect data from various sources, including records administrators, Salesforce, and arenaflex datasets
- Research and verify the accuracy of external data sources
- Design and implement data visualization tools to present findings and recommendations
- Support account directors in meeting their needs and requirements
- Utilize Salesforce to update account information, upload data, and manage projects
- Participate in special projects and data analysis requests
- Provide customized reporting and recommendations to inform business decisions or drives
- Develop presentations with scientific outcomes to inform business strategies at all levels of management
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, data analysis, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a business analysis or data analysis role
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks with tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented and ability to work with a high level of accuracy
