Job Summary

As an Entry Level Operations and Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be responsible for coordinating and executing operational activities, managing multiple projects, and providing top-notch customer service to our pilots and clients. You'll work closely with our Quality Control team to maintain high standards, and collaborate with our fully remote workforce to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate and execute operational activities predominantly within North America, ensuring professionalism and efficiency in all aspects of project management

  • Plan and coordinate telecom operations, leveraging your knowledge of the telecommunications industry and drone capabilities
  • Recruit, train, and lead new pilots, ensuring they're ready to hit the ground running
  • Provide exceptional customer service to pilots and clients, tackling issues on the fly to maintain quality and service
  • Support pilots with site access or planning needs, ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish
  • Stay up-to-date with drone capabilities, airspace regulations, and industry trends, maintaining a high level of awareness and expertise
  • Collaborate with the Quality Control team to maintain high standards and ensure quality project execution
  • Utilize daily reports, spreadsheets, and software to track projects and stay organized

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree preferred, with 1-2 years of work or internship experience in a fast-paced environment (transactional work, logistics, customer service, or hospitality)

  • Excellent planning, scheduling, and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and in team settings
  • Organizational skills and flexibility to jump from priority to priority, with a high degree of attention to detail
  • Ability to work remotely and coordinate effectively with a fully remote workforce
  • Interest in technology and the drone space, with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Drone experience, knowledge of UAV operations, and regulations is a plus
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional customer service and a high degree of attention to detail
  • Relevant experience with drones, photography, or the telecommunications industry is preferred
  • Familiarity with Google Suite (Sheets and Docs), Slack, and other project management tools is essential
