Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our call center team in Florida. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to individuals and families seeking access to healthcare services. This is a part-time, remote opportunity that offers a flexible schedule, comprehensive training, and a competitive compensation package.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting individuals and families gain access to healthcare services
  • Reviewing and determining eligibility and enrollment on assigned workload
  • Providing quality customer service and support
  • Maintaining confidentiality of personal health information
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of two years' experience in the healthcare industry
  • Strong PC proficiency with a willingness to learn new applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of personal health information
  • Bilingual skills in Spanish or Creole (strongly preferred)
  • Associates degree (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Minimum of one year eligibility experience
  • Understanding of FL Medicaid programs
  • Experience working in a call center environment
