Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing administrative support, managing schedules, and coordinating special projects. Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or data entry role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Proactive and flexible approach to work
