Job Summary
As a Customer Service and Sales Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing world-class customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and supporting our sales team to drive revenue growth. Core Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product information and solutions to customers, ensuring they have the support they need to navigate their journey

Requirements
* 1+ year of customer service and sales support experience in a fast-paced environment
