Responsibilities

As a Customer Alarm Monitoring Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to alarm signals from customers' alarm systems in a timely and efficient manner
  • Dispatching emergency signals to police, fire, and medical agencies as needed
  • Providing world-class customer service to customers in their time of need, ensuring that their concerns are addressed promptly and professionally
  • Notifying customers of non-emergency signals and keeping them informed throughout the process
  • Notifying account contacts of emergency signals after dispatch, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and up-to-date
  • Receiving and processing inbound calls requesting information, providing accurate and timely responses to customers' queries

Requirements

To be successful as a Customer Alarm Monitoring Agent at arenaflex, you'll need to possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • The ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute
  • The ability to pass an FBI criminal background check to obtain a Burglar Alarm License in all 50 states
  • One year of customer service experience preferred, but not required

Nice-to-haves

While not essential, the following skills and qualifications would be beneficial for this role:

  • Bilingual Spanish/English speakers (additional $1.00 per hour)
  • Experience in a high-stress environment
