Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Service Agent – Ecommerce Support Specialist, you'll be working with our team of Amazon experts to provide top-notch support to our clients across various ecommerce platforms, including Amazon, Walmart, and Ebay.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to all white glove clients across various ecommerce platforms
- Create and repurpose content for Amazon Posts, ensuring timely and effective scheduling
- Assist Analytics in reports and data downloads, providing valuable insights to our clients
- Collaborate with team members to achieve Centers of Excellence annual commitments
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction across all clients, meeting their needs and exceeding their expectations
- Work closely with fast-moving entrepreneurs who expect their team to be at the top of their game
- Contribute strategically in virtual staff huddles and monthly All Hands meetings
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ecommerce trends, technologies, and marketing techniques to drive growth and innovation
Essential Qualifications
- Proficiency in Teamwork Desk, Zen Desk, or similar software
- Experience with online collaboration tools such as Slack and Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Competency with Amazon Seller Central and knowledge of Amazon TOS
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations
- Excellent time management and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients
- Ability to work independently, with a high degree of autonomy and self-motivation
- Proficiency in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills in both languages
- Experience in the ecommerce/Amazon platform, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment, with a focus on driving results and exceeding expectations
- Strong public speaking skills, with the ability to shape stories and present ideas effectively
- Experience with project management tools like Wrike, with a focus on driving efficiency and productivity
- Familiarity with Google Apps and Microsoft Office, with a focus on using technology to drive growth and innovation
