Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Shared Services Team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and escalating problems when necessary. Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality multi-channel support (telephonic, chat, email, social media, US mail) to customers in Spanish, ensuring that their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
- Utilize department tools, resources, business judgment, and expertise to resolve problems and increase customer satisfaction and retention.
- Act as a positive role model, demonstrating continuous performance improvement, solid business skills, and support of department and company objectives.
- Ensure productivity, revenue generation, and quality levels are met to meet and exceed customer and arenaflex expectations.
- Use courteous and professional language, working effectively in a team environment to create a win-win resolution to problems.
- Escalate unresolved customer problems to ensure timely resolution and maintain customer satisfaction.
Essential Qualifications:
* High School or equivalent
- 1+ year(s) experience in a customer service environment
- Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken)
- Ability to produce quality and professional written correspondence with customers
- Ability to demonstrate and perform basic math
- Customer service orientation
- Intermediate PC knowledge, working knowledge of Windows operating systems, proficient with Microsoft Office, fluent with Internet and mainstream web browsers
- Strong English and Spanish comprehension and a good command of grammar
Preferred Qualifications:
* Associate degree or higher
- Previous experience in a telephonic or personal customer contact position
