The Role
As a Part Time Bilingual Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be working remotely Monday through Friday, 10 am to 3 pm CST. You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our clients and helping them navigate our services and website. Your day will be filled with a variety of tasks, including:
* Determining customer requirements and answering inquiries by clarifying desired information, researching, locating, and providing information
* Resolving problems by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions, implementing solutions, and escalating unresolved problems
* Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information, completing transactions, and forwarding requests
* Maintaining call center database by entering information
* Keeping equipment operational by following established procedures and reporting malfunctions
* Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
* Enhancing organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Minimum of one year of Customer Service or Call Center experience
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Ability to work in a structured environment and adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements
* Strong interpersonal skills, including professional, courteous, friendly, and empathetic communication
* Strong problem-solving skills, analytical skills, and detail-oriented approach
* Ability to positively adjust to a rapidly changing environment
* Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as PC literacy and experience using Windows-based applications
* Ability to deal with customers in a professional manner, including handling irate customers in a way that brings the interaction to a positive conclusion
* Bilingual Spanish (Read, Write, and Speak) is required
