About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative/Lead Facilitator at arenaflex, you'll work remotely from the comfort of your own home, enjoying a flexible schedule with some overlap during the 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST. You'll be responsible for helping educate and engage with our clients affected by injuries or loss, guiding them through the claims process, and assisting in locating eligible individuals and families for support with collecting compensation.
Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless support and communication
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in customer service and claims support
Person Specification
* Civilian contractors from any country (U.S. citizenship not required)
- Wounded Iraqi and Afghanistan veterans
- Gold Star Families & Civilian contractors (even if already receiving benefits)
- Professions may include:
+ Construction crew in the U.S. Government-funded projects worldwide + Heavy Equipment Operators on U.S. military bases or ports + Drivers delivering supplies or fuel to U.S. Forces + Linguists or Translators supporting U.S. Forces globally + Security Personnel in U.S. Government projects or Department of State + Food Services Personnel in U.S. Military bases
