We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional support to our customers and business partners.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, representing our business unit to customers and business partners. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, contractors, and business partners through inbound and outbound telephone calls, written correspondence, and electronic communication. Your primary goal will be to ensure that every customer has the best possible service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist customers, contractors, and/or business partners via inbound and outbound telephone calls, written correspondence, and/or electronic communication according to all policies, procedures, and contract coverage.

  • Explain and uphold contract coverage to customers and/or contractors.
  • Follow up with customers, contractors, and/or business partners to ensure customer service issues are resolved.
  • Maintain current knowledge of all policies, procedures, programs, and complete required continuing education courses.
  • May assume other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably in a home maintenance or repair industry.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong computer literacy and multi-tasking skills.

Preferred Qualifications

* Customer service experience and/or training.

  • Experience working with video conferencing software.
  • Knowledge of home maintenance and repair industry.

Essential Functions

* Ability to be on video call as required during working hours.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate of $15 to $17 per hour, depending on skills, qualifications, responsibilities, experience, and location.
