Your Role
As our Customer Service Support Specialist, you'll be the primary point of contact for our SEO clients and partners, providing exceptional customer service and support to help them resolve their concerns and achieve their goals. Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the primary contact for our SEO clients and partners, helping them resolve their concerns and address their needs
- Representing arenaflex and our SEO product with excellent customer service, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support and satisfaction
- Managing the implementation of SEO packages for our clients, including regular meetings, on-site recommendations and changes, and distribution of off-site work
- Assigning SEO tasks to our fulfillment department, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of our services
- Collaborating with our internal teams to resolve client issues and provide solutions that meet their needs
What We Expect from You
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- At least six months of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and support
- Fluent spoken and written German skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with our clients and partners
- Good English skills (for internal communication only), with the ability to collaborate with our internal teams
- Proficiency in using standard Google tools (Drive, Sheets, Docs), with the ability to manage and organize client data and information
- Excellent online communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively express your thoughts and ideas
- Creative and logical thinking, with the ability to work within time and quality standards
- Strong conflict resolution skills, with the ability to handle situations where clients are dissatisfied or have concerns
Working Hours and Environment
As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, as long as you have a computer, headset, and stable internet connection. Our working hours are 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM (CEST), Monday to Friday, with no work on weekends or holidays. You'll be working independently, managing your own time and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and deliver results.

Additional Notes
This is a contract position, so you'll not be eligible for traditional benefits. However, you'll have the opportunity to work independently, manage your own time, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver results. You must be a citizen or permanent resident of Ireland to be hired as a contractor in this role.
