Job Summary
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist/Clerk – Manufacturing Operations Support, you'll work closely with our Manufacturing teams to understand and optimize production processes. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities
- Processing production orders and creating labels for Quality Control (QC) samples and bulk materials
- Working closely with inventory controllers to create Bin locations for purified and conjugated bulks and maintaining their accuracy
- Reviewing, verifying, and scanning/attaching batch records into Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
- Assisting the Inventory and Planning teams to resubmit re-test samples
- Performing other duties as necessary, including adhering to ISO requirements and following standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Essential Qualifications
- A high school diploma plus 6 months of data entry experience
- A Biotech Certificate or Associates degree in a science or related field
- Strong competency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Desirable Qualifications
- Prior hands-on experience with Microsoft Navision System (NAV) or other ERP systems
- Some laboratory experience, which will help to understand the Manufacturing process
- A basic understanding of manufacturing processes and familiarity with any ERP system
