Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Agent/Online Chat Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries and providing product information in real-time through our online chat platform. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging customers through online chat to assist with inquiries and provide timely solutions
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer questions
  • Documenting customer interactions and managing inquiries using CRM software
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues and enhance service quality
  • Monitoring chat cues and responding actively to incoming messages
  • Contributing to the development of FAQs and troubleshooting guides

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in customer service or live chat support roles
  • Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism
