Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support and Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. As a key member of our Customer Support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing data entry duties, and supporting our internal Account Management teams, client, and Wellness Program participants. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support and Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients and Wellness Program participants via phone, email, and chat
- Managing data entry duties with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Supporting our internal Account Management teams with data-driven insights and recommendations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer support and data management processes
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 1-2 years of administrative experience with a customer/client focus (preferred)
- Ability to perform high volumes of detail-oriented work at an efficient pace
- Experience working with inbound and outbound calls (a plus)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality on sensitive items
- Strong attention to detail
