Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support and Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to internal Account Management teams, clients, and Wellness Program participants through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Entering and maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer data in our database, ensuring high levels of data integrity and quality.
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of customer service and data entry activities.
- Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive customer information with discretion and professionalism.
- Performing other administrative tasks as required to support the Customer Support team.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1-2 years of administrative experience with a customer/client focus, preferably in a customer support or data entry role.
- Ability to perform high volumes of detail-oriented work at an efficient pace, with a strong attention to accuracy and quality.
- Experience working with inbound and outbound calls, as well as other communication channels, is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently, with a strong sense of organization and self-motivation.
- Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality on sensitive items and handle customer information with discretion and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
