Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Entering data into various systems, databases, and records with high accuracy and speed
  • Maintaining excellent typing, writing, and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and clients
  • Summarizing data for standardized reports, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Verifying data by correctly checking and comparing source documentation to ensure accuracy
  • Organizing paper formats, paper backups, and material source files as needed to maintain a clutter-free and efficient workspace
  • Collaborating with team members to resolve data entry-related issues and improve processes

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and clients
  • Ability to speak confidently, clearly, and professionally for voice recording data
  • Prior experience handling data entry responsibilities or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Self-directed and able to work without supervision, with minimal guidance and support
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel spreadsheets, to efficiently manage and analyze data
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Excel/Filing: 1 year of experience (required)
