Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling a high volume of customer interactions via phone, chat, text, and email
  • Providing product and ordering support to customers, answering their questions, and facilitating orders and returns
  • Managing complaints, providing timely solutions, and following up to complete resolution
  • Resolving challenging customer issues with empathy and attention to detail
  • Interacting with back-end teams to coordinate ordering, shipping, ETAs, and returns
  • Advocating for changes that improve the customer experience
  • Completing assigned projects and training as needed
  • Handling additional responsibilities to help operations run smoothly
  • Following procedures, guidelines, and policies

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of proven customer support experience
  • A track record of transforming angry customers into dedicated clients
  • Highly motivated and energetic with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Outstanding written and oral communications skills
  • Team-focused, cooperative, friendly attitude
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Analytical and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in MS Office

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a bonus:

  • Campervan experience
  • Experience working in an e-commerce call center
  • Experience working with remote systems and practices
  • Experience with electrical, plumbing, window installations, woodworking, and other RV or home repairs and remodeling
  • Shopify, Office365, Google Business Suite, Zoom experience
  • Degree in business, supply chain, writing, communications, or related field

Work Environment and Company Culture

As a remote team, we value flexibility and autonomy. You'll need a quiet workspace with a secure updated computer and strong reliable internet. You'll work during customer support hours of Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm Mountain Time.
