Job Summary

As a Full Cycle Recruiter at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and hiring. You'll work closely with hiring managers and teams to understand their needs and preferences, and develop a network of potential candidates through passive and active sourcing, and ongoing relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring

  • Partner with and advise hiring managers and teams to understand their needs and preferences
  • Develop a network of potential candidates through passive and active sourcing, and ongoing relationship management
  • Participate in special virtual events, including recruiting events, career fairs, and networking events
  • Lead or contribute to multiple internal arenaflex projects
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

* 2+ years of high-volume corporate and/or agency full-cycle recruiting experience supporting a variety of complex roles

  • Success in hiring evergreen and single-threaded roles
  • Experience partnering with and advising senior leaders, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process
  • Experience prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and relationships
  • Commitment to providing an excellent candidate experience
  • Experience using LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, and an Applicant Tracking System (we use Greenhouse)
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer on an ongoing basis

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders
  • Experience with recruitment marketing and branding, including social media and content creation
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, or a strong desire to learn more about them
