Responsibilities
As a customer service representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Contacting our list of clients to fulfill their requests, schedule their follow-up virtual Zoom appointments, and ensure their needs are met
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and virtual Zoom appointments, providing accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Resolving customer inquiries, issues, and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
- Processing forms, applications, and requests promptly and accurately, maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail
- Updating customer information in our database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
- Collaborating with team members to share knowledge, ideas, and best practices
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends, contributing to improving customer service processes and sharing relevant insights and ideas

Qualifications
To succeed as a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
