Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Associate to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and service providers, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and web chat, providing thoughtful and timely resolutions to their concerns
- Help customers with bookings, including booking a service, canceling, and rescheduling
- Assist service providers with questions or issues regarding Work Orders and policy questions
- Troubleshoot software issues and provide technical support to customers and service providers
- Work collaboratively with our remote team to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service
- Utilize technology to communicate with team members, participate in training sessions, and attend virtual meetings
Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or remote setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and service providers
- Ability to analyze customer emails and provide thoughtful responses that address all aspects of a customer's concern
- Proficiency in using technology to communicate with team members and participate in virtual meetings
- Ability to work efficiently in a remote-based team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot software malfunctions and resolve complex issues
