As a remote Live Chat specialist, you'll be an integral part of our customer support team, working closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional live chat support to customers across the globe, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction
  • Utilize arenaflex's customer relationship management (CRM) system to track customer interactions and provide personalized support
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers
  • Collaborate with the customer support team to identify and resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a live chat or customer support environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications) preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Knowledge of shipping and logistics industry
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Fluency in multiple languages

Compensation and Benefits:

* Base salary of $500 per month

  • 5% commission on all sales, with an average commission of $20-$30 per container sold
  • Paid twice per month via Wise or Payoneer
