Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing top-tier service to our customers, assisting with inquiries, tracking shipments, resolving issues, and ensuring that customers have a positive experience. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email in a timely and professional manner
  • Tracking packages, resolving issues, and providing real-time updates to customers
  • Offering troubleshooting assistance for shipment and tracking-related problems
  • Processing customer requests for changes or cancellations
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in the system
  • Collaborating with other arenaflex teams to ensure efficient service delivery

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
  • Previous experience with arenaflex or shipping-related services is a plus

Preferred Skills

While not required, the following skills are highly desirable:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
  • Experience in remote work environments
  • Knowledge of arenaflex systems and tracking processes
