Key Responsibilities
As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
* Educating community members about our non-profit partnerships through face-to-face communication, bringing to light awareness and support of client opportunities
* Accurately recording and managing donations (monetary and other)
* Engaging in continuous training, coaching, and mentorship through daily meetings and networking sessions to improve skill sets and enhance industry knowledge
* Working closely with fellow marketing team members and Entry Level Customer Service Representatives to develop effective promotional strategies to improve consumer education and increase performance margins
* Maintaining composure, resolving concerns, and overcoming challenges as needed, when working with customers in a face-to-face environment
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Experience as a Entry Level Customer Service Representative or related position
* Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills, including a high level of emotional intelligence and empathy
* Positive, competitive, and coachable attitude
* Proficiency in public speaking, or willingness to learn
