Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our organization, responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients through various communication channels. You will be the go-to person for answering client inquiries, providing product information, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide informative, empathetic, and timely support to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems.

  • Assess Customer Needs: Use your excellent customer care skills to assess customer needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience.
  • Manage Incoming Calls and Communications: Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one.
  • Learn and Follow Procedures: Stay up-to-date with all customer service procedures and policies, and adapt to new processes and technologies as needed.
  • Meet and Exceed Targets: Strive to meet and go above personal and team target goals, demonstrating your commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Record and Organize Customer Interactions: Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes, ensuring that all customer information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Upsell and Schedule Call Backs: Identify opportunities to upsell and schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Multitask and Prioritize: Juggle multiple tasks and prioritize your workload to ensure that every customer interaction is handled efficiently and effectively.

Essential Qualifications

* Previous Experience in Customer Support: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software and technology.
  • Multitasking and Time Management: Ability to multitask and prioritize your workload to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Active Listening: Excellent active listening skills, with the ability to listen attentively to customer concerns and respond accordingly.

Preferred Qualifications

* Customer Service Certification: Customer service certification or training, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM).

  • Sales Experience: Previous sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds.
