Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Developer – IAM Integration Specialist, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and launching customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver processes within our Identity and Access Management (IAM) system. You'll work closely with our international-class software and platform teams to deliver scalable, nimble solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, build, and launch customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver processes within our IAM system

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements and deliver solutions that meet those needs
• Develop and maintain robust IAM domain expertise, including SailPoint implementation, IAM solution installation management, and troubleshooting
• Implement JML events, custom/ OOTB LCM Workflows, and provisioning regulations to customize the software onboarding process
• Design and develop scalable, secure, and efficient software solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business
• Work closely with our cybersecurity team to ensure that our IAM solutions meet the highest standards of security and compliance

What You'll Convey

* Strong exposure to Identity and Access Management (IAM), Access Control, RBAC, Role Mining, Access Aggregation/Certification, and Federation

• Experience with SailPoint implementation, IAM solution installation management, and troubleshooting
• Strong experience with Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and other relevant technologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and professional growth

Minimal Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field

• 3 years' experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or related field at a technology, retail, or data-driven organization

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field

• 5+ years' experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or related field at a technology, retail, or data-driven organization
• Experience with SailPoint implementation, IAM solution installation management, and troubleshooting
• Strong experience with Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and other relevant technologies
